Continuing Education

Training and continuing education are a priority for NIRMA, and something our member counties embrace.

Through NIRMA University, each year we conduct a broad range of seminars and programs intended not only to educate member county officials and employees, but also empower them.

Included within the scope of NIRMA University are regular telephonic conferences, periodic regional seminars, and our Annual Conference.  In addition, NIRMA and NIRMA University are currently conducting a pilot program that offers online training courses through the Internet.

Each training program developed and presented by NIRMA and NIRMA University addresses timely and relevant areas where member counties face potential risk exposures.
