Telephonic Conferences
Understanding that it is not always possible or financially feasible to ask member county officials and employees to take time away from work and travel to some distant location attend a training program, NIRMA routinely schedules telephonic conferences to address timely and relevant employment-related subjects. Typically 90 minutes in length, these conferences permit participants to simply dial in to a toll-free telephone number from their office or home to listen to the presentation. Those participating also have opportunities during the presentations to ask questions of our presenters.
